How quickly can I start working on assignment after I apply with Medical Resources Staffing Services?

Once you have completed the application process and a medical staffing consultant is able to match you with an assignment you are interested in working, he or she will call to inform you about the job specifications of the new assignment, including the start date, duties, hours and estimated length of assignment, pay rate and other information.

If you choose to accept the assignment and complete all pre-employment requirements, you can begin work on the date given to you, which may be as soon as the next business day. Your medical staffing consultant will make sure you’re up-to-date with the employer’s immunization and employment requirements and may host a facility orientation if necessary.

How many shifts can I expect to work on assignment?

We provide assignments that range from one day or same-day assignments to long-term temporary and direct-hire positions. The length of assignments varies depending on the needs of our client.
