Our recruiting and placement process is organized to make submitting your application and documentation simple and convenient, and allows us to manage issues candidates typically face when applying for careers in healthcare. We take the hassles out of your job search to save you valuable time.
Getting Started Online
Our placement process begins with our convenient automated application. Our application allows you to complete most of the screening process before you stop by to see us. It also allows you to provide and save important information in one place for quick access by our medical staffing consultants.
Our online application automatically saves information to your profile so you can finish it at your own pace. You can upload important and necessary documents, including CPR and other certifications, licenses, immunization records, resumes and more.
To access the online application create a profile by clicking here. Once you are signed in you will be given a link to launch the application.
Matching You with Rewarding Jobs in Healthcare
Once you’ve completed the online application, your profile is saved to our secure database for review. If you’re not a qualified candidate for any open positions, we’ll provide alternative resources and opportunities to further your professional growth immediately. If you are a qualified applicant, we’ll present you with the temporary and direct-hire jobs in the clinical, allied health/technical, dental, science/biotechnology and healthcare administration settings that match your criteria and background.
Our screening process evaluates you based on skills and work experience as well as preferences in shift and work flexibility, patient population and working in certain settings. We’ll also interview you in-office to assess your personality and administer skills testing to determine what setting your talents will be valued most.
Sometimes candidates must wait after applying with us for job opportunities in healthcare to arise, depending on the demand for specific positions at the time. Whether or not this is the case, we encourage all candidates to keep us current on their job search so we can update their files accordingly.
Accepting an Assignment
We’ll discuss all possible employment opportunities with you. You’ll be informed of an assignment’s specifications, including start date, hours, pay and job duties. Direct-hire candidates may meet with our client for a second interview. If you commit to the assignment, we’ll assist you in pre-employment preparation by confirming you’re up-to-date with immunizations, CPR and other certifications, and host an orientation to get you acquainted with your new work setting. You may begin work on the date provided to you after completing pre-employment preparation.
Keeping the Lines Open
We keep in touch with our employees to make sure the assignment is meeting their expectations. We’ll ask for your feedback during the first week of employment, and then on a regular basis after that. Feedback plays a vital role in helping us refine our healthcare recruiting and placement process for all candidates.
