At Medical Resources Staffing Services, our staffing consultants are dedicated to promoting the advancement of state-of-the-art products and services through the recruitment of skilled talent for the medical and healthcare industry. That’s why we offer referral bonuses to show our appreciation to those who spread the word about the medical and healthcare-related careers we offer.

We pay generous bonuses worth $250 to $500 for every referred candidate not previously registered with Medical Resources who's placed on a temporary assignment or in a direct-hire position with one of our clients. The amount of the bonus is determined by Medical Resources and is dependent on the candidate’s position, licensing and skill set.

Bonuses are payable after the referred candidate is placed on temporary assignment and works a minimum of 10 weeks through Medical Resources, or is placed in a direct-hire position and works a minimum of 100 days. Bonuses may be taxable according to applicable laws.
