Here's what to expect once you submit your resume and/or quick application to Medical Resources Staffing Services:
- Within 24 hours submitting your resume and/or pre-qualification application, a staffing consultant will contact you by phone discuss your work experience and career goals.
- Once we've agreed that Medical Resources can further your career goals, your staffing consultant will provide you with our full application, which may be completed online or in our office at the time of your meeting.
- After reviewing your application, your staffing consultant will arrange a meeting with you at a Medical Resources office. This meeting will include:
- One-on-one briefing. A 15-to-30 minute interview about your career history, strengths, objectives, future career plans, desired work environment, salary goals, and personal schedule preferences.
- Skill tests. Tests based the position(s) you are interested in General background check. Verification of licensure, certification, and vaccination history, depending on your position requirements.
- Your staffing consultant will share your profile with the rest of the Medical Resources team and collaborate on the best job opportunities for you.
- Once we identify a potential position for you, we'll discuss the details of the job with you before we present your qualifications to our client organization.
- All direct-hire placements will require an interview with the Medical Resources client. Some temporary assignments may require a personal interview prior to placement. (If no personal interview is requested, you will begin your assignment on the specified date.)
