In-depth personal interview. We meet our candidates face-to-face so we can find out the full details of their work experience and preferences. This helps us to find people that have the training, technical knowledge, and professional demeanor to meet your criteria.

General and objective skill tests. We test our candidates for general data entry and word processing skills as well as the specialized skills for specific positions.

Thorough reference checks. We contact each candidate's previous employers to determine not only the positions held and length of employment, but to obtain detailed feedback on past work performance.

Certification and immunization verification. We verify professional certification or licensure and confirm history for tuberculosis, Hepatitis B, MMR, and chicken pox (history or vaccine). We also provide required vaccines and testing as necessary so our employees are ready to work when you need them, and maintain employee records in our office.
